Last Night Ive Been Up &Debating On Working Out But I Felt Like Working Out With No Music On … That Didnt Work Out So Well. So I Stayed At Home Thinking What To Do Without Losing Motivation To Keep Active . I Turned My Computer On &Started To Look Up Songs &Started To Do My Squats. I Got Tired After 5O Squats Down. Then I Looked Up Dancing Videos &Then I Started To Practice Their Moves &Such. I Had The Tingle-Feeling When You’re Excited Or Anxious Bout Something You’ve Been Waiting Or Missing On. Havent Felt That Way Since The Last Time I Danced. I Noticed When I Gave My GF Her Lapdance I Was Stiff &Tryna Get The Groove Back. I Miss Dancing, I Miss Being In The Studio &Just Dancing. I Havent Went In For Classes For 6 Years. Maybe Its About That Time I Invest In Dance Lessons Again &Get On It Once More. Maybe This Is What Ive Needed. Dance Lessons So I Wont Feel All Bleh. LOL Slowly, I’ve Been Getting My Confidence Back &Energy Into Things I Love Without Feeling Sad Or Angry. SO. MISSION OF TODAY. Practice Dance For You / Beyonce &Pick Out Dance Moves From Videos &Smash Em In One Routine. This Should Be A Good Project . Main Workouts - Squats , Lunges , Situps &Then Dance (: Can’t Wait To Tell My Baby When She Wakes Up So Excited. Hope Everybody Has A Lovely Day
